Product Designer

Trellis is a project management tool for construction companies. We have about 800 paying customers and we're growing steadily. We need a Product Designer who can own features end to end -- from early concepts through to polished specs handed off to engineering. Our design team is just 2 people right now (plus our head of product who does some design work), so you'll have a lot of ownership. The work is mostly B2B dashboard and operational flow design. Our users are project managers and site supervisors, not designers, so everything needs to be straightforward and fast. We ship every two weeks. You'd be involved in discovery, design, and post-launch iteration.
