3. Job Listings

RemoteFold does not guarantee the accuracy of job listings. Employers are responsible for the content of their postings. We review listings for basic quality but cannot verify every claim.

4. Applications

When you apply to a job through RemoteFold, your profile information and resume are shared with the employer. We are not responsible for how employers handle your data after receiving your application.

5. Limitation of Liability

RemoteFold is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost income, data loss, or failed job applications.
