About this role

Larchmont Labs builds carbon accounting software. We're looking for an AE to close mid-market deals ($30-80k ACV).

Our ICP is companies with 200-2000 employees that need to report on their carbon footprint (regulations are driving a lot of demand). You'll run the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Quota is ~$600k ARR. Pipeline is healthy -- we have a strong inbound motion from content and events. OTE is $130k-$170k depending on attainment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling to mid-market ($25k+ ACV)
  • Consultative selling approach
  • CRM proficiency (we use HubSpot)
  • Sustainability or compliance background is helpful
