Noma Health is growing fast and we need an engineering manager to lead our platform team (5 engineers, mix of backend and fullstack).
This is a player-coach role. You'll spend about 30% of your time coding and 70% on people management, planning, and cross-functional work. We ship weekly and move fast.

Requirements
- 3+ years engineering management experience
- Strong technical background (ideally full-stack)
- Experience leading teams of 4-8 engineers
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
